Our mission is to provide students with doctoral-level training in the Neurotheology of Biblical Counseling, equipping them to become knowledgeable and thoughtful Biblical Counselors.

There is a need to equip the chosen people, the "Assembly” of YHVH, our GOD, from within by energizing Ministers and empowering Congregations through Neurotheological biblical counseling and soul care courses that reflect what is taught by the WORD of YHVH, our GOD. He was moved with empathy (compassion in action) because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. Then He said to Hoshea, "My people were silenced for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you from being a priest to me; seeing that you have forgotten the Torah of your God, I, too, will forget your children." (Hoshea 4:6)
